Give yourself a break. We're all doing the best we can. Don't let any "shoulds" cause you more stress rather than less. Take all suggestions with a grain of salt. You know what's best for you in this moment.
Take a slow breath, but start by letting it all out. Many of us hold our breath. We can't take a deep breath before letting out the one we've been holding. Exhale first, then inhale slowly through the nose. Hold if it feels good, then exhale, through the nose or mouth, whichever feels best. Hold out if you like, then repeat an inhale once more.
See if you can distance yourself from electronics for anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours, especially wireless devices. Take out your earbuds for a while. Take off your smartwatch. Take a walk outside once or twice a day and stand or walk a little every 90 minutes.
